  • Ensuring the condition of the goods received is the responsibility of the ordering customer and Pet Arabia must be informed of any damaged items received; if any items are damaged then Pet Arabia will exchange the item. If received then items are deemed in good condition, and no requests for a refund or replacement will be entertained.
  • Customer is responsible for all duties & taxes at final destination if applicable. Failure to pay required customs charges may result in the order being returned to Pet Arabia and a refund will be issued after deducting all shipping costs and administrative fees. No refunds will be issued for orders below BHD 50/-.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to receive/collect the items within 2 days of arrival. If shipment is not collected, order will be returned to Pet Arabia and no refunds will be issued assuming goods were in good condition.
  • Pet Arabia will provide a standard format of invoice & a packing list. In the case that any other documents, formats, notarization are required, it is the customer's responsibility to adhere to all and any charges affiliated to the additional requirements or order will be returned to Pet Arabia and a refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges and administrative fees.
  • Order cancellation will be accepted before goods are shipped; once goods have been shipped no cancellation is accepted.
  • Size changes are only accepted for orders within Bahrain. Item must not be used, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • In the rare cases that any item ordered is not available, Pet Arabia will contact you with other suggestions, if a response is not received within 3 working days, the order will be shipped without the item/s in question.
  • Orders above BHD 100/- will be delivered free of charge, however, in the case of any special requirements (refer to point #4); the customer is responsible for the extra charges.
  • Certain items might not be allowed in the country of final destination, we at Pet Arabia try to inform our customers in advance, and nevertheless, it is your responsibility as a recipient to check with your customs authority if in doubt before placing your order.
  • Please be aware that we do our best to deliver your items on time, however, delays may occur for extenuating circumstances and thus we ask for your understanding.
  • If you are located outside the GCC region, please send us an email with your order for a shipping quotation.
