Payment Processing
All payments made on this website are
processed by Pet Arabia USA LLC. By making a payment, you agree that your card
will be charged in United States Dollars (USD). Pet Arabia USA LLC reserves the
right to change its payment processing provider at any time without prior
notice.
Bank Fees and Exchange Rates
You acknowledge that Pet Arabia USA LLC and
Pet Arabia Co. WLL are not responsible for any additional bank fees you may
incur, including exchange rate fees. Any fees charged by your bank or financial
institution in connection with your transactions are solely your
responsibility.
Damaged Items
If you receive any items that are damaged upon
delivery, you may return and exchange the item. Notify us of the damage and decline
to accept the item at delivery. We will not process refunds or exchanges after
a successful delivery confirmation. Please ensure everything is in order upon
arrival.
Duties and Taxes
All duties and taxes at the delivery
destination, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility. Failure to pay
required customs charges may result in the order being returned to Pet Arabia,
in which case we will issue a refund after deducting all shipping costs and
administrative fees. Refunds are not available for orders below BHD 50/-.
Order Collection
Orders must be collected when the delivery
personnel arrive at the address mentioned in the order. If you do not collect
your order, it will be returned to Pet Arabia, and no refunds will be provided,
even if the items are in good condition.
Documentation
Pet Arabia provides a standard invoice and
packing list. If you require additional documents, formats, or notarization,
these are not included in our service. Unfulfilled documentation requests will
result in the order being returned to Pet Arabia, and a refund will be issued
after deducting shipping charges and administrative fees.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled as long as shipping has
not begun. Once goods have been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Size Replacement (Bahrain Only)
For orders within Bahrain, we provide size
replacements if the item remains unused, with all tags attached, and in its
original packaging.
Item Availability
If an ordered item is unavailable, we will
contact you with similar alternatives. If we cannot reach you within 3 working
days, we will proceed with shipping without the unavailable item.
Customs Regulations
Certain countries may prohibit specific items
due to local laws or regulations. While we will inform you of any known
restrictions, it is your responsibility to check with your customs authority
before placing an order. We are not liable for issues arising from such
regulations.
Delivery Delays
We strive to deliver your items on time. If
there are any delivery issues on our side, we will notify you. However,
occasional delays may occur during transit. Feel free to contact us with any
questions regarding your delivery.
Returns (Bahrain Only)
Customers in Bahrain can return items for
store credit within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned to any Pet
Arabia branch at your expense, in new, re-saleable condition with original
packaging and tags.
Quality Control
Food and hygiene products cannot be exchanged
or refunded for health and safety reasons.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text,
graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pet Arabia or its content
suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of
any content is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Pet Arabia is not liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or
inability to use our website or products, even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your
computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur
under your account.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and
conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on
our website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the
revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to
these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance
with the rules of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
