Your order will be delivered for FREE if your orders is BD 20 or above. For orders below BD 20, a delivery charge of BD 2 will apply.
For orders within Bahrain, yes. For International orders we can only accept debit or credit card payments.
Bahrain Order Within 3 Hours (applies to all orders on our operation hour; 9am-6pm)
All the order before 9am will be processed after 9am.
All orders after 6pm will be pushed to next day and will be processed at 9am.
GCC Orders 5-10 business days
International Orders 1-2 weeks
Please contact us as soon as you can.
For Bahrain; We can cancel the order without any charge with in 10 min.
After 10 min the order will be canceled on the cost of delivery charge of BD 2.
For international; If item has already been shipped, we will be unable to accept cancellation.
Please email us your requirements and we will do our best to stock your favorite items.
No problem! Simply ship it back within 3 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to exchange it with another product of equal or lesser value provided the item is in stock. We can’t, however, provide a refund for shipping charges, and it’s not possible for us to cover the shipping costs of sending the item back.
If you notice that the item is damaged, don’t collect it and contact us immediately, as we do have a return and replacement policy in these cases.
