How much are shipping costs?

For orders in the GCC, the shipping charge has been adjusted according to the shipping agency (Due to COVID 19)

For all GCC orders Minimum BD 90
For International orders, please email us for a quote.

What if I don't see what I need on your site?

Please email us your requirements and we will do our best to stock your favorite items.

What if I don't like the product once it is delivered?

No problem! Simply ship it back within 7 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to exchange it with another product of equal or lesser value provided the item is in stock. We can’t, however, provide a refund for shipping charges, and it’s not possible for us to cover the shipping costs of sending the item back.

How much are delivery costs?

For orders in Bahrain, all orders above BD 20/- items will be delivered free of charge. For orders below BD 20/-, a delivery charge of BD 2/- will apply.

How long does delivery take?

Bahrain Orders Within 24 Hours
GCC Orders 5-10 business days
International Orders 1-2 weeks

Can I pay cash on delivery?

For orders within Bahrain, yes. For International orders we can only accept credit card payments and Telex Transfers

How can I cancel my order if I need to?

Please contact us as soon as you can. If item has already been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellation.

I have received my order, but it has been damaged during delivery?

If you notice that the item is damaged, don’t collect it and contact us immediately, as we do have a return and replacement policy in these cases.

How can I keep track of my order for delivery?
